Training
We meet year round for weekly training runs. Depending on the size of the group, subsets form depending on how far and fast people want to run. Runs may be on the roads, trails, or a mix of the two. There will always be someone to run with you, regardless of your pace!
- Group runs depart every Sunday morning year-round from Groton Town Hall. Start time will change to 8 a.m. on Sunday, April 6th. Click here for a map and directions.
- Wednesday night runs:
- Spring/Summer/Early Fall: “Outback” runs will begin in mid-April. Check your email. Runs depart from the rail trail entrance at the end of Station Ave., Groton. Start time varies between 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. depending on available sunlight.
- Winter: Indoor track runs at the Groton School gym. Typically, we have access to the gym from January to mid-April. Start time at 7 p.m. Members will be notified as to when we can have access and any other details regarding entry to the facility. Click here for a map and directions.
